Reverse Stonewall

The Reverse Stonewall is a White opening system where White plays both “d4” and “f4”, taking full control over the “e5” square. It is the reverse of the Black opening in the Dutch Defence, Stonewall Defence (Black plays “f5” and “d5” to control the “e4” square). It is slow and cumbersome, but playable and hard for Black to crack.
